When using our website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when submitting enquiries or booking appointments.
  • Use the website only for lawful purposes.
  • Avoid attempting to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems.
  • Avoid activities that could compromise the website’s security or functionality.
  • Respect the intellectual property rights associated with our website content.

The information published on our website is intended for general informational purposes. It does not constitute a personalised medical assessment, diagnosis or recommendation.

We may update website content, treatment information and pricing when necessary. Please contact the clinic to confirm details relevant to your circumstances before making a booking.

3. Our Treatments and Services

We offer consultations, assessments and treatments according to our available services and the clinical judgement of the relevant healthcare professional.

Treatment availability may vary depending on the practitioner’s assessment, your individual needs and other relevant circumstances.

Information about a treatment on our website does not guarantee that the treatment will be appropriate or available for every patient.

We reserve the right to recommend an alternative treatment, request further assessment, postpone a procedure or decline treatment where clinically appropriate.

4. Medical Advice and Treatment Suitability

Information on our website is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Your suitability for a particular treatment will depend on factors such as your medical history, current health, medications, allergies, expectations and individual clinical circumstances.

Before proceeding, you may need to attend a consultation and provide relevant medical information.

Your clinician will explain the proposed treatment, potential benefits, material risks, limitations and available alternatives, as appropriate.

Booking a consultation does not guarantee that you will be considered suitable for treatment.

If a treatment is not clinically appropriate, your clinician may recommend an alternative or advise against proceeding.

5. Appointments and Bookings

Appointments may be requested through our website, by telephone, by email or through other booking channels made available by the clinic.

Submitting an appointment request does not necessarily mean your booking is confirmed. Confirmation will be provided through the applicable booking process.

When booking an appointment, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact and personal information.
  • Providing relevant medical information when requested.
  • Reviewing the applicable appointment and payment conditions.
  • Attending your appointment at the agreed time.
  • Informing the clinic promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Please contact us as early as possible if you expect to be late or cannot attend your appointment.

Depending on availability and the circumstances, a late arrival may require the appointment to be shortened, rescheduled or cancelled.

6. Treatment Pricing and Quotations

Treatment prices displayed on our website are provided for informational purposes and should be read alongside the relevant treatment description and quotation.

The final cost may depend on your individual clinical requirements, the treatment agreed upon and any additional services required.

Where applicable, the clinic will provide a quotation outlining the proposed treatment and associated fees.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a quoted fee should not be assumed to include unrelated treatments, additional consultations, medication, investigations or other services.

If the proposed treatment or its scope changes, any revised costs will be discussed with you before proceeding, where applicable.

Please contact the clinic if you need clarification about pricing, payment arrangements or what is included in a quotation.

7. Treatment Deposits and Payment Terms

A 20% deposit of the total quoted treatment fee is required to secure a treatment booking, in accordance with the booking conditions communicated by the clinic.

This deposit policy applies to treatment bookings generally and is not limited to any individual treatment.

The deposit will be applied towards the treatment fee in accordance with the agreed payment arrangements.

The remaining balance, including when it becomes payable, will be communicated during the booking process or in your treatment quotation.

Where applicable, additional payment arrangements will be confirmed before treatment.

If you have questions about the deposit, total treatment cost or payment deadlines, please contact the clinic before confirming your booking.

Treatment Cancellation and No-Show Policy

For a booked treatment or procedure, at least 48 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you fail to attend a scheduled treatment appointment without providing the required 48 hours’ notice, the 20% deposit will be treated as non-refundable, subject to the clinic’s cancellation policy and applicable consumer law.

The clinic will communicate the applicable booking conditions before you confirm your appointment.

This provision does not remove any rights you may have under applicable law.

8. Consultation Fees and No-Show Policy

Consultations may be subject to a separate fee, which will be communicated during the booking process or displayed on our website.

For consultation appointments, at least 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule.

If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without providing the required 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the consultation fee will be non-refundable, subject to the clinic’s cancellation policy and applicable consumer law.

This policy applies to consultation appointments and is separate from the deposit requirements for treatment bookings.

Please contact the clinic as early as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your consultation.

The applicable notice period and financial conditions should be communicated before your appointment is confirmed.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances can change and that you may occasionally need to amend an appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation or treatment, please contact us using the details provided in your booking confirmation.

The applicable notice periods are:

  • Consultations: At least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Booked treatments and procedures: At least 48 hours’ notice.

The financial consequences of a cancellation will depend on the applicable booking terms, the timing of the cancellation and the circumstances involved.

The 20% treatment deposit and 50% consultation no-show provisions described above apply in accordance with their stated conditions.

A cancellation is not automatically treated as a no-show. Any cancellation charges or retained payments must reflect the applicable policy and comply with consumer law.

Cancellations by the Clinic

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will inform you and discuss the available options.

Where a service cannot be provided by the clinic, any refund or alternative arrangement will be handled in accordance with the applicable booking terms and legal requirements.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.

10. Informed Consent

Before undergoing a treatment or procedure, you will receive appropriate information to help you make an informed decision.

Depending on the treatment, this may include:

  • The nature and purpose of the procedure.
  • Potential benefits and realistic limitations.
  • Material risks and possible complications.
  • Available alternatives, including choosing not to proceed.
  • Expected recovery and aftercare requirements.
  • Relevant fees and additional costs.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss concerns with your clinician before proceeding.

Where required, your consent will be documented before treatment.

Consent to treatment is separate from acceptance of these website Terms & Conditions.

You may withdraw consent in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances. If treatment has already commenced, your clinician will explain any relevant clinical considerations.

11. Treatment Outcomes and Results

Individual responses to aesthetic, dermatological and surgical treatments vary.

Although we aim to provide appropriate care and achieve the agreed clinical objectives, we cannot guarantee a particular aesthetic or surgical result.

Outcomes may be affected by factors including individual anatomy, medical history, healing, lifestyle, treatment complexity and adherence to aftercare instructions.

Before proceeding, discuss your expectations and any concerns with your clinician.

Photographs, testimonials and examples of previous patients are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that you will achieve the same results.

12. Patient Responsibilities

To support safe and appropriate care, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete medical information.
  • Informing your clinician about relevant changes in your health.
  • Disclosing medications, allergies and previous procedures where relevant.
  • Following appropriate pre-treatment and aftercare instructions.
  • Attending scheduled appointments or notifying the clinic when changes are necessary.
  • Asking questions if you do not understand the proposed treatment or its risks.
  • Treating clinic staff and healthcare professionals respectfully.

Failure to provide relevant information may affect your treatment suitability or safety.

Where clinically necessary, treatment may be postponed or declined.

13. Aftercare and Follow-Up

Aftercare instructions depend on the treatment received and your individual clinical circumstances.

You should follow the instructions provided by your clinician and attend recommended follow-up appointments.

If you experience unexpected symptoms, complications or concerns following treatment, contact the clinic promptly for guidance.

If you experience a medical emergency, seek emergency medical assistance immediately rather than relying on email, the website or a routine appointment.

The scope of included aftercare and follow-up services will depend on the treatment and the arrangements communicated to you before proceeding.

14. Privacy and Personal Information

We collect and process personal information to manage enquiries, appointments, consultations, treatments and related administrative activities.

This may include contact details, appointment information, payment records and health information necessary for the provision of appropriate care.

We handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.

For further information about how we collect, use, store and share personal information, and about your data protection rights, please review our Privacy Policy.

15. Patient Photographs, Videos and Testimonials

Patient photographs, videos, testimonials and case studies may be used for clinical documentation or promotional purposes, depending on the circumstances.

Where identifiable patient information is intended for marketing or publication, we will obtain appropriate permission and establish the relevant legal basis before use.

Consent to treatment does not automatically mean that you agree to your photographs, videos or medical information being used for promotional purposes.

Where consent is relied upon, it may be withdrawn for future use, subject to applicable law and practical limitations concerning content already published or distributed.

We will handle requests relating to promotional content in accordance with applicable legal requirements and our Privacy Policy.

16. Payments and Refunds

Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed booking and treatment arrangements.

The clinic will communicate applicable fees, deposit requirements and payment deadlines before confirming the relevant booking.

Refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances, the agreed terms and applicable law.

Any provision describing a payment as non-refundable applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any refund rights or other protections that consumers are legally entitled to exercise.

Any limitation of liability will be subject to applicable consumer rights, professional obligations and the circumstances involved.

These Terms & Conditions do not remove or restrict your statutory rights.

We aim to provide professional care and a positive patient experience.

If you have a concern about our services, treatment, appointment arrangements or communication, please contact the clinic so that we can review the matter.
